Hello everyone!

In this page of vegetables nutrition we will touch all the subjects our website is about, using bullet points, direct nutritional facts and simple  instructions. The reason we are doing this is that we can look for the information we found interesting in this health blog in a more efficient way, using the information here as a reminder of what we have read in the full post, or as a navigator to the posts we are interested in. Corny, yet true, we do need our daily dose of fruits and vegetables, eaten in the right time and combination.
Fibers, and fiber rich vegetables can make all the difference when it comes to constipation and bad digestion.
Eat dark greens daily.

Losing weight – the basics no one bothers to tell us, because it is much easier to sell us “30 days lose 50Kg” diets – here is the scoop: Eat less calories then you spend. For example – eat 3000 calories, spend 2500 calories – this diet will make us lose weight. (as long as it’s balanced!).
