Vegetables nutrition – A peep into the vegetables
before we enter this discussion, and start digging for vegetables nutrition and health, let’s make clear what we are discussing. for one, what is being healthy all about?
well, the definition of health according to the worlds health organization is:
“Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
Vegetables nutrition – Don’t buy what they are selling!
of course, this definition is absolute baloney, excuse my French, for many reasons, one of them being the fact that this is an unachievable state of being. in other words, following this definition, there is not a single healthy human being on the face of the earth.
now this is odd.
so let’s forget this definition, and try to understand that health (vegetables nutrition) is an achieavable state of being, and that physical health is a part of it, a part that is mostly at the tip of our fingers, or more precisely, what the tip of our fingers grab to put in our mouths. I mean, this is the basic of what this vegetables nutrition blog is all about…
Vegetables Nutrition – How to do it?
Once we accept this, a question arises – how do we do it?
that’s where vegetables nutrition and awareness comes into play. Every day, in every meal we eat, we have the power to chose what goes in our mouths. Having just a little bit of understanding of what our body needs, can make a big difference in our decision. A fair warning, there is a world of information regarding these subjects, and going into it is a long journey, yet, i stand behind my words that – A little bit of the RELEVANT information, is sufficient for the achieving of health!
After just learning all this health information, we can deal with the next subject in hand, which is very importatn to understand, and so… we will soon get to know the basics of digestion, and the signals it gives us – Next post of vegetables nutrition.
